This year I'm excited to be offering my first watercolor workshop in Ireland! Our group will be painting in an area of Ireland called The Burren, located in County Clare in the southwest of the country. Our painting sites are breathtaking...rock formations, cliffs, caves and curious landscapes alongside ancient castles, tranquil valleys and quiet streams.
It's a wonderful place to sketch, photograph and paint.
The class is open to all levels of experience and will be limited to 10 people. We will be staying at O'Neills B & B and working at The Burren Painting Centre in the town of Lisdoonvarna, County Clare. In addition to accommodations we will have an art studio to share, and use of folding stools and sketching easels. The owner Chris O'Neill, will arrange our transportation to painting sites. It sounds like a perfect place to stay, paint and have fun!
We will be flying into Shannon Airport. Chris and I will do our best to arrange to have transportation to the B & B from the airport.
